この文を省略された関係代名詞をすべて復活させて書き直すと、

選択肢のなかで responsibility は、
いかにも当てはまらないことは一目瞭然ですが、
「responded　対応した」や

ただし、市場などで売っている原型を留めた鶏一羽を示す場合は、
a chickenと言う場合があります。

便宜上、I can eat a chicken.としましたが、
通常はI can eat a house.と言うのが普通です。
