that you would use to fill the gaps in conversation like that?

6<Ab>: Yeah, I think so. Talking about my style, I tend to listen
people first very carefully.

7<J & A>: OK. Uh-huh.

8<Ab>: And I think of what I respond.

9<J>: Sure

10<Ab>: However, I need short amount time to think about. My method
is to avoid the silence by using filters and thinking noise, for
example, "Uh-huh," "Um-um," "Let me see," "That's good questions,"
something like that.

11<J>: Uh-huh

12<J>: I think it's a good suggestion. By the way, Abe-san, this
week we talk about the importance of networking.

13<Ab>: Uh-huh.

14<J>: Do you do this? And I guess in both English and in Japanese,
right?

15<Ab>: Absolutely, yes. It's very, very, very important...

16<J>: Absolutely.

17<Ab>: ... to establish, you know, the wide networking for the, you
know, business not only the, you know, the networking to the people
in the same industry but also the other industries.

18<J>: Right.

19<Ab>: So, my company, Intel, is technology company.

20<J>: Right.

21<Ab>: But technology itself, it is just (a) tool.

22<J>: Right.

23<Ab>: It's not, you know, objective.

24<J>: Hmm... I see.

25<Ab>: Right? And in that sense, we have to find out what needs
there are.

26<J>: I see.

27<Ab>: So, in order to, you know, seek the next needs, we need to
get touch with many of peoples（people).
