1) wish you all the best
The phrase "wish you all the best" or even shorter just "all the 
best" is very handy for closings, especially when someone's going 
away. You can use it in letters or in short speeches or toasts or 
anytime you want to give someone good luck for the future.

2) sea change
A "sea change" is not just a change. It's a deep fundamental change. 
Sometimes it's used to describe when changing into something rich 
and strange. That's a little bit different here. The phrase seems to 
have first been used by Shakespeare.

3) converse
Especially with the verb form, people have been broadening their 
usage of "converse" to include even like conversations on paper, you 
could say. Conversation,) the noun form, I think, probably earlier 
had been more widely applied. You could talk about a society or a 
community having a conversation about some important issue even if 
they weren't actually doing it by speaking to each other.

4) each and every one of us
"Each and every one of us," that gives very strong emphasis on every 
individual personally, can do what they like. They can set their own 
agendas. He could have just said "everybody."

5) initiative
"Initiative" is a word that means power or ability to begin and it 
also includes the idea of "energetic." Sometimes it's hard to get 
things going. It comes from the Latin word for "beginning," and 
you've also heard a related word "initial" or "initials," the first 
letters of your name.

小さな子のクラスは体力がいるのですが、やっぱり、かっわいい〜♪
キラキラ輝く瞳がたまりません。

我スクールへ家族全員で通ってきてくれているご家庭が何件かありま
す。有り難いですね。ママとちびちゃんは昼のクラス、パパは夜のクラ
ス。その中で一番発音がきれいなのは、ちびちゃんたち。一番負けま
いと頑張っているのはパパ族かもしれません。ママにもお子さんにも
負けたくないんですね〜。でもね、ママたちも結構勉強しているので、
うかうかしていられませんよ。
